PrintLocker utilises Australia’s latest printing technology to ensure your designs look exceptional every time. Depending on your project, we use one of three specialised methods:

Digital Transfers
This process uses high-resolution solvent inks and precision contour cutting to create vibrant graphics. Once printed, the design is heat-pressed onto the garment with exact timing and pressure. This is our go-to method for long-sleeve tops, tote bags, caps, and numbered team uniforms.

Vinyl Transfers
For clean, single-colour designs, we use high-quality vinyl cut by a precision plotter. The excess material is 'weeded' by hand before the design is fused to the fabric. This method is incredibly durable and perfect for bold, simple branding.

Screen Printing
The gold standard for traditional apparel. Each colour is separated and applied through individual fine-mesh screens. This is the ideal choice for bulk orders, unique materials, or designs requiring specific Pantone colour matching. While the setup is more intensive, its fast production speed makes it the most economical choice for large-scale runs.
